Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Prompt Learn (“the Service”), operated by Prompt under Aaltoes (Aalto Entrepreneurship Society). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About the Service
Prompt Learn is a free, not-for-profit educational platform. It is provided without charge for personal learning purposes. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of any kind — express, implied, or statutory. We make no guarantee of uptime, accuracy of content, or fitness for any particular purpose.
2. No professional advice
The lessons, guides, AI helper responses, and all other content on the Service are intended for general educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, financial, legal, security, or any other type of expert advice. The AI helper and lesson content may contain errors, be out of date, or be incomplete. Always verify information independently before relying on it in a real-world context.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Accounts are for individual use. One account per person — do not share your account or create accounts on behalf of others.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to circumvent, abuse, or overload rate limits, access controls, or other technical measures on the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Service by automated means without prior written consent
- Submit other people’s personal data into the AI helper or any form on the Service without their consent
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code or proprietary information from the Service
- Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its availability to other users
- Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation
5. Intellectual property
All lesson content, path structures, written guides, and original materials on Prompt Learn are the intellectual property of Prompt / Aaltoes unless otherwise stated. You may use them for personal, non-commercial learning. Redistribution, republication, or commercial use requires prior written consent from Aaltoes.
Third-party tool and resource names, logos, and trademarks mentioned or displayed on the Service belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement of the Service by those owners.
The MCP server and skill files available for download through the Service are provided as free, open resources. You may use, modify, and build on them for personal and commercial projects.
6. AI helper
The AI helper is provided as a learning aid. Responses are generated by third-party AI model providers (Google Gemini, Groq, Anthropic) and may be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading. We are not liable for any decisions or actions taken on the basis of AI helper responses. Use your own judgment and verify information independently.
7. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aaltoes and Prompt are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Finland. For questions about these Terms, contact us at privacy@aaltoes.com.
